FIVA ID in Ukraine

International identification of a historic vehicle under FIVA rules through the Ukrainian Automobile Club.

FIVA ID Card

An international identification document for a historic vehicle. It describes the vehicle at the moment of inspection and issue.

Youngtimer Registration Document

A separate document for well-preserved vehicles aged 20 to 29 years that are not yet eligible for FIVA ID Card.

Who Handles FIVA ID in Ukraine

In Ukraine, the procedure is handled by the Ukrainian Automobile Club as the national FIVA representative. UAC receives preliminary requests, checks basic data, explains next steps, coordinates inspection, and maintains local records of issued documents.

The UAC website does not replace FIVA Applications. It helps owners understand the procedure, submit a preliminary request, and verify documents issued through UAC.

Basic Criteria

  • mechanically propelled road vehicle;
  • at least 30 years old;
  • preserved and maintained in historically correct condition;
  • not used as daily transport;
  • part of technical and cultural heritage.
