Who Handles FIVA ID in Ukraine
In Ukraine, the procedure is handled by the Ukrainian Automobile Club as the national FIVA representative. UAC receives preliminary requests, checks basic data, explains next steps, coordinates inspection, and maintains local records of issued documents.
The UAC website does not replace FIVA Applications. It helps owners understand the procedure, submit a preliminary request, and verify documents issued through UAC.
Basic Criteria
- mechanically propelled road vehicle;
- at least 30 years old;
- preserved and maintained in historically correct condition;
- not used as daily transport;
- part of technical and cultural heritage.
Application
Submit basic data and photos.
Review
UAC reviews materials and explains next steps.
Inspection
An inspector checks the actual vehicle condition.
Document
After approval, the document may be publicly verified.
